Hi, I’m Gaby 👋 similar to you, a few years ago I found myself in the middle of an existential crisis, feeling unfulfilled with what I was doing. Since then, I’ve found a new way and carved out my own path towards a more fulfilling life. I’d be honoured to be your guide in your journey of reconnecting with yourself.
Perhaps you’re in the middle of an existential crisis — quarter life crisis, midlife crisis, you name it. What once gave you purpose just doesn’t anymore, or is now missing from your life. So you’re left wondering: what’s the point of life now? What is the meaning of life? And a different part of you is asking: how do I move on from here? What’s next for me?
In Clarity Counselling, we can explore these big questions together, one step at a time.
Or perhaps you’re experiencing a spiritual awakening, and what once made sense to you, just doesn’t anymore. Maybe you’re wondering about how you can discern the truth from what isn’t, and you’re not sure about what you even believe in anymore. What is real, and what isn’t? What to expect in Clarity Counselling
In Clarity Counselling, I guide you to access your inner knowing and trust its wisdom to help you navigate your next step, in a clear and embodied way. Your inner wisdom won’t teleport you right to your destination, but it could clearly show you the next right step in your journey.
There is no strict rules on how the session is going to unfold, but it might look like this👇
We start the session with a grounding practice to help both of us relax into the session and connect to our inner knowing 🧘♀️
I will then hold space for you to share what arises within you, what you are hoping to feel after our session 💫
From there, we will let the session unfold naturally by allowing whatever wants to emerge in the present moment. During the session, I might offer reflective questions and insights based on your answers, share my own experiences or perspectives, invite you to do somatic tracking, offer insights based on your Human Design chart, or something else suitable in the moment 🌱
I invite you to trust your own intuition during the session, for example by asking any emerging questions or saying something that pops up in your mind even if it doesn’t seem relevant 💡

How many sessions do I need?
Due to its highly personal nature, different people have different needs and goals from counselling.
As a general guide, here’s the amount of commitment needed 👇
Mini steps for clarifying your values and starting to release old beliefs: 1-3 sessions

#1 Somatic exercises
Through my own therapy, I have found that our body holds a wisdom of itself, guiding us to where we feel safe enough to be and informing the next steps in our healing journey.
Somatic exercises can help us tune more into our body, create the safety we need, and learn about the language of our nervous system. Our body may communicate through sensations, images, metaphors, or something else entirely. All are welcome.
As our body joins us in our healing journey through somatic practices, the gateway to deeper healing opens — the mind, body, and soul, altogether. This allows our inner wisdom to guide us towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
#2 Human Design
While I don’t offer full Human Design readings, I might use it during our session if I feel called to share specific HD insights that might be useful for you.
Some examples:
how to create opportunities in your life, such as finding a new job
how to make decisions with ease
validating that you are not “wrong”, you are just designed in your own unique way
These insights will be specifically tailored for you based on your personal HD chart.
#3 Poking questions
I use this term “poking questions” to refer to questions that are intended to help you reflect deeper or consider a different perspective.
Based on your answers to my poking questions, I might offer some insights or takeaways.
