Booking Policy

All appointments require an upfront payment to secure the booking.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Giraffe Healing Fire, we value the time and commitment of both parties. This policy helps us maintain high-quality service, be flexible to your needs and be transparent about potential fees.

We understand that life is unpredictable and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so by clicking the link on your online booking confirmation email at least 24 hours in advance, or email us at giraffehealingfire@gmail.com.

• Cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice: Full refund will be provided (minus any payment processing fees).

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fees will apply as the time slot cannot be offered to another client on short notice.

• No shows: Full fees will apply.

We understand that from time-to-time things can go wrong that are beyond the control of our clients and in such circumstances of emergencies and extenuating circumstances, we will endeavour to respond to your situation as quickly and as fairly as possible, provided that you grant us as much notice as possible. In these cases, we may waive the cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis. If you find yourself in such circumstances, please email us at giraffehealingfire@gmail.com so we can make arrangements to waive the fees or initiate a refund in our system.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals. Full fees apply in circumstances of late arrivals.

In the event that the client is late to the session, the Service will wait for ten (10) minutes before considering the session to have been forfeited by the client and the policy for Cancellation & Rescheduling applies.

The Service may, at their sole discretion, determine whether to wait for a period longer than ten (10) minutes from the start of the session and whether to run the session to its full duration.

The client agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Service against all claims, loss, damage, injury, objections or litigation arising from cancellations and rescheduling made under these Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Codes

These terms and conditions apply to circumstances whereby promotional codes are required to obtain promotional offers.

The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified. Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items as specified in the offer, unless otherwise specified. The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer. The promotional code is not transferable and may not be resold.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia. By using this Service, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Giraffe Healing Fire and supersede any prior agreements related to this Service.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback and testimonials. By providing feedback and/or testimonials, you grant Giraffe Healing Fire permission to use it for improving this Service without compensation.
