2. Failure to disclose the information would place you or another person at serious and imminent risk.

Booking Policy

1. Prepayment is required for booking sessions
   All appointments require a prepayment to secure the booking.

2. Our refund policy
   Booked sessions are non-refundable, however, you can reschedule your session to another date and time, which must be done with at least 24 hours notice. For more information, please refer to the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We do not allow cancellations to booked sessions. However, we allow a maximum of two (2) times rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment without notice, full fees will apply.

We understand that from time-to-time things can go wrong that are beyond the control of our clients and in such circumstances of emergencies and extenuating circumstances, we will endeavour to respond to your situation as quickly and as fairly as possible, provided that you grant us as much notice as possible. Refunds may be offered under extenuating circumstances, however this will be at the discretion of Giraffe Healing Fire.

If you need to reschedule our session, you can click the link on your online booking confirmation email (this expires 24 hours before your scheduled appointment) or email us at giraffehealingfire@gmail.com.

Late Arrivals

Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals. Full fees apply in circumstances of late arrivals.

In the event that the client is late to the session, the Service will wait for ten (10) minutes before considering the session to have been forfeited by the client and the policy for Cancellation & Rescheduling applies.

The Service may, at their sole discretion, determine whether to wait for a period longer than ten (10) minutes from the start of the session and whether to run the session to its full duration.

The client agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified the Service against all claims, loss, damage, injury, objections or litigation arising from cancellations and rescheduling made under these Terms & Conditions.

Promotional Codes

These terms and conditions apply to circumstances whereby promotional codes are required to obtain promotional offers.

The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified. Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items as specified in the offer, unless otherwise specified. The promotion is subject to all restrictions set forth in the offer. The promotional code is not transferable and may not be resold.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia. By using this Service, you consent to this jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and Giraffe Healing Fire and supersede any prior agreements related to this Service.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback and testimonials. By providing feedback and/or testimonials, you grant Giraffe Healing Fire permission to use it for improving this Service without compensation.
